Northwood was founded in Portsmouth in 1995 with the concept of running a high calibre lettings business. The Company has expanded and now boasts an ever growing national network of offices. This rapid growth is due mainly to the high level of service offered to customers and the extremely professional way in which the Company operates.

We have 8 members of staff based in Portsmouth:

All staff are trained in all aspects.

We currently have properties to rent and to sell - price ranges from £100,000 to £700,000. On average properties are sold within 3 months.

Rental Deposits are one month's rent in advance, plus a month and half as a security deposit plus an administration fee depending on the number of people living in the property. Sales fees are provided on request.

Member of the Ombudsman Scheme.
