We are committed to compliance with the requirements of our Quality Management System, which includes measures that have been devised to ensure a continual improvement in the quality of the service we provide to our clients. In order to ensure the continued effectiveness of our Quality Management System it is reviewed at defined intervals and in accordance with a documented Procedure. During each review of our Quality Management System we establish quantifiable quality objectives so that by gathering and analysing data relevant to those objectives we are able to demonstrate the extent of the improvement in our service to clients.

We retain the services of an extremely experienced and highly qualified Quality Management Consultant and include within his responsibilities the role of Quality Manager. Irrespective of his other duties he was responsible for devising and implementing our Quality Management System and retains the responsibility for its maintenance, improvement and development. He is also responsible for ensuring that it remains relevant not only to the operation and objectives of the Company but also to the needs and expectations of our clients.
