With many years experience gained working in all housing sectors such as local authorities, Housing Associations and Private Sector Housing , covering many North East areas including - Darlington, Redcar and Cleveland, Hartlepool, Middlesbrough, Stockton and Durham, Wear Valley and South Shields.

As well as providing the basic services such as 'Tenant Find' and a 'Comprehensive management package', we also provide tailor made services to your requirements. These include assisting and advising you in the purchase of buy to let property using our vast local knowledge, thus optimising your chances of securing a good financial investment property which can include linking you with expert financial advisors to assist with your Buy-to-Let mortgage requirements.
All too often Managing Agents only offer two packages which include tenant finding and full management. These can be restrictive and confusing therefore we at Blacks Residential Lettings believe that each client has individual needs, depending on things such as, living abroad, size of portfolio or even being a new and inexperienced Landlord.
