We are a small but dedicated team and believe in delivering quick results in a responsible manner.

We manage several properties in addition to letting properties for Landlords. Our clients are generally Embassy staff and Investment Banks, with whom we have worked well and continue to do so. An average let property is rented at £500.00per week.

We charge Landlords a minimum of only 8% to successfully let a property, and 16% to manage the property in the first year.

Most Landlords require a minimum of 6 weeks deposit. Admin charges vary and can be subject to the rental.
