Established in 1993 in Farnham as an independent family agency. Opened our Odiham office approx 3 years ago. We aim to offer a professional and personal service in both residential sales and lettings.
Staff:
We are a family company with James McArthur, mainly based at the Odiham office with son Paul running the Farnham office, we also employ a small team of staff full and part time.

We offer a full service in residential sales and letting with accompanied viewings, colour brochures at no extra cost, regular written follow ups, comprehensive internet advertising.
Fees:
Our sales fees are 1.5% of the eventual sales price plus VAT, we aim to offer competitive and negotiable fees and would ask anyone to discuss this with us further.
Our letting fees are 12.5% plus VAT for management and 10% plus VAT for tenant finding only. We also charge an admin/agreement fee which we would be happy to discuss.
