Our students all receive personal attention from our staff , we are on hand to show you around the house, introduce you to former students and professionals. Most importantly, we pride ourselves on our high safety standards. All student homes in Leeds are full compliant with the Leeds City Code of Standards pass all gas and electricity safety checks (fully certified and carried out 12 monthly). We offer a 24/7 emergency call out for maintenance and repairs (or even when you cannot find your key!) - which are carried out and guaranteed by our own business and trusted employees.

Fees:
Our admin fee is a fixed rate of £100 per tenant which includes all admin, contracts, references etc. Deposit is dependent on the property but usually 6 weeks and a months rent is requested before moving in.
