'Moving Matters' is a distinctive property presentation company, centrally based in South Wales, specialising in making desirable interiors for the property market.
Our aim is to maximise the potential for home owners, property developers and estate agents to sell properties promptly, and at the best price.

Justine Stroud, owner of Moving Matters, has a B.A. (Hons) in fine art and qualifications in City and Guilds, Interior Design. Before setting up her own property presentation business she has designed and created dried flower displays for a major department store in Cardiff, worked as a scenic artist for S4C, The Welsh National Opera, Debenhams and C & A's.

Assessment. The assessment will establish what services are required in the property.
Consultation. A walk though of the property will be carried out, verbal recommendations and advice will be offered for each room. Photographs will be taken and notes written of clients needs and comments. An informal chat is given at the end to summarise what services are required.
De-Cluttering. De-Cluttering can help decide what items are stored (either in professional storage facilities or in the home) thrown away, or recycled by giving them to charity. Best use of storage can also be suggested.
Action Plan. A written step by step play outlining what action needs to take place in each area of the property. The client can carry out the work himself or employ other contractors to do this for him. He will also be advised as to what materials, tools and costs may be involved.
Mood Board. A mood board helps the client and professional gather inspiration for a new room design. After initial discussion with the client, samples can be complied together creatively and aesthetically. This can include material swatches, beads, ribbons, paint colours, photographs of furniture etc. The client is then presented with the completed mood board.
Room Make-Over. Consultation will reveal what the requirements of the room are. Some of the possibilities can be to clean the room, clear the room of curtain clutter, rearrange furniture, re-decorate and present or stage the room for viewers.
