Full HIP provides fully compliant Home Information Packs which exceeds the minimum required by legislation. We are fully subscribed to and endorse the HIP code. This is the Government suggested code that suppliers of HIPs should subscribe. This provides reassurance and protection for sellers, homebuyers, estate agents, conveyancers and mortgage lenders who rely on the information included in a HIP. The all important Energy Performance Certificate can be produced within 48hrs when required. Weekend inspections can be carried out.

We have a team of accredited, professionally qualified Home Inspectors and Domestic Energy Assessors available to do the EPC Assessment (mandatory) and Home Condition Report Inspections (optional). We have admin staff who are qualified in property related matters and can advise on any additional HIP options which may help the sale of your property.

Fees:
hip prices from £250 (no VAT required) and are all inclusive of a printed copy (unusual at this price), an electronic copy on CD (the files on the CD include: a view and print version of the full HIP and individual files of each part) and password protected 24/7 on-line access. Some companies do not password protect the online version. Would you like anyone be able to view the Land registry and other personal details contained in the HIP?
