Properties are generally let within 4 weeks of being advertised.
We are extremely selective about the properties that we accept and this helps reduce any void periods.

There is no fee payable by our prospective tenants for either registering or viewing property. A £300 security deposit is required to hold a property pending credit checks and referencing. This is non refundable in the event that either credit checks or referencing are unacceptable.

There is a one of registration fee of £100 per property.
Full management is 10% per month. This includes every aspect of management from finding a tenant to serving the Notice to Quit.
There are no fees payable until your property is let.
