We currently have a portfolio of over one hundred properties with new business coming in daily, usually by referral. The time taken to take a property on to fully referenced tenants moving in is an average of two weeks.
Fees:
Our admin fee is a fixed rate of £230 per tenant which includes all admin, contracts, references etc. Deposit is dependent on the property but usually 6 weeks and a month's rent is requested before moving in.
