The Collier Stevens Practice was born in 1995 with the specific aim of providing client friendly, easy to understand and fairly charged professional surveying advice. Central to this policy has been a real effort to inject a sense of humour and enjoyment into the way we approach and carry out our work. We have found the approach highly successful and the growth of the Practice has been beyond expectations.
Staff:
Are all nice people, easily approachable and speak plain English. No jargon, no professional waffle and no confuse you gobbledegook. We have two fully qualified surveyors, an assistant, a draughtsman, admin staff and a team of quality consultants we call on when needed - for instance when we need a structural engineer.

Fees:
Are variable!! But a survey of a 3 bed semi, approx £300,000 in London would be around £550 for a structural building survey and £400 for a Homebuyer Report. A set of drawings for an extension is around £1800 for a full planning and building regulation proposal.
