I am a Chartered Architect and Surveyor based on the Surrey/Hampshire border with over 25 years experience in the design and construction of buildings.

I work for private Clients and local Developers/Builders in obtaining Planning Permissions, Building Regulations approvals, preparing working drawings and administering Building Contracts on site.

I specialise in residential work but have also designed many commercial offices, shops, and restaurants.

Previously, I worked for 8 years in Local Authority Building Control as a Senior Building Control officer and have a good technical knowledge of construction.

I work on new-build projects and extensions and I am proud of the high quality, rapid service offered to Clients. No project is too small.

I offer an individual design service and have two assistant designers/technicians who give support where needed.

All work stages through to completion including: Architectural design, obtaining Planning Permissions, construction drawings, Building Regulations approvals, inspections of building work and Building Contract administration.

We charge a set fee for planning and design work depending on the type of project starting at £1000 upwards.
