Staff:
We have the office Manager who is responsible for the running of the Sales and Letting Department, two part-time admin staff to help out with the telephone enquiries and administration work. We work collectively with professionals who compliment our services i.e. an FSA mortgage broker who is currently working from the High Street office via pre-booked appointments , authorized access to the online insurance quotation service from RentGuard (Referencing and Insurance service and two local hip providers providing a neatly presented HIPs brochure and an electronic version .pdf and .doc).
Areas of Business (Products / Services):
In the short time we have been trading we have managed to acquire approximately 8-10 properties per month, majority of these properties are 'Tenant Find and Managed' by Knightsfold. Properties which are competitively marketed are more than likely to be let within 2-3 weeks of advertising.
Fees:
Knightsfold Properties Service and Costs
We provide two services, Tenant Find Only and Tenant Find & Manage.
For the Tenant Find Only service there is a one off set-up fee of £250 (no VAT).
For Tenant Find and Manage service the set up fee is £199 (no VAT) and 10% monthly management charge.
Our Administration fee for Tenants is £80.
