Alternative Sale, is a brand new company, which has been set up so that members of the public can advertise their own property either for sale or To Let, on line and save money in respect of Estate Agents commission. My customer's also have access to a Swap-homes service.
In addition, there is a Landlord Zone, where by the necessary Legal Documents to assist with letting a property can be downloaded and if required completed by a Solicitor.
Finally great rates have been negotiated with conveyance Solicitors and HIPs providers, and there are links to many other useful sites, such as your own.

I run the business myself as it is online and virtually runs itself, in addition as it is at this initial stage does not require any other members of staff.
Fees:
There is a one off fee of £149.99 to advertise a property for sale or To Let; this price includes a board being delivered and erected, inclusion with Fish4homes and properties direct, and a full advert on Alternative Sale inclusive of 8 photographs and a full property description.
Memberships / Accreditations:
Alternative Sale, will be a member of FSBO.org, it is registered with companies house and also the Data Protection Act.
