We can provide a simple 'finders' service for a one off charge of £250 + vat, which includes:

- Marketing
- Advice & help with your obligations as a Landlord
- Credit/employment referencing
- Tenancy Agreement
- Inventory (If requested)

Our 'Fully Managed' Service includes everything provided in our 'finders' service plus:

- Quarterly Inspections;
- Holding of the bond (In line with TDS regulations);
- Move-out report at the end of the tenancy;
- Support throughout the tenancy.

The charges for our fully managed service are £150 + vat finder's fee and 10% + vat per month management charge.
