Our offices are staffed with competent and experienced letting and sales agents, who strive to excel on our clients expectations. All management staff have a minimum of 10 years experience in property management, letting and sales of residential property.

Futures applicants always have the option to be accompanied on viewings of our clients properties and our opening hours are also convenient for viewings after work and at weekends: 9am to 8pm Monday to Friday; 9am to 5pm Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays by appointment. Our phone lines are open 8am to 8pm 7 days a week.

Fees:
Our fees can be tailored to clients individual requirements; however our standard fees are as follows:
Management fees are 10% + vat per month of the agreed rental.
Letting fees - vary dependent on volume and location of your property.
Selling fees are 1.75% + vat of the achieved sale price.

We choose not to be regulated as we have grown our business without the need to be accredited to a regulatory body.
