We advise and act for sellers of businesses including hotels, guesthouses, B&B's, inns, pubs, bars, restaurants, cafes, care homes and nursing homes. We conduct full property appraisals and provide business valuations.
Fees:
Our commission is competitive and decided on an independent bespoke basis. Factors that influence what we charge are the type of agency required (i.e. sole agency, multiple agency etc), the property involved (freehold, leasehold etc) and the length of agency period desired.
