Nrg Assessors undertake domestic energy assessments and provide Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs) and Home Information Packs (HIPs). By law, all domestic properties that are offered for sale or rent must have an EPC. If the property is being sold, a HIP is also required.

Nizar Pabani LLB (Hons), Dip DEA, is a BRE accredited Energy Assessor. As a solicitor with considerable property experience, Nizar decided to expand his skills by providing a much needed service to property owners and increasing his knowledge to be able to advise clients in the area of energy efficiency and carbon emissions.
