Thomas Joseph Lettings, Management and Maintenance is owned and run by Janine Sanders who has over 15 years in the lettings industry and John Holley who has over 20 years in the maintenance and building industry.

Thomas Joseph have a number of properties available, which is constantly changing as properties are letting quickly, we have a constant flow of new stock, both managed and let only properties.

We can find a tenant for you, just carry out some referencing or credit checks or draw up a tenancy agreement if you have your own tenant. We can manage your property long term or if you wanted a well deserved holiday or break we can manage for that length of time.

Tenant Admin fees are equivalent to a weeks rent plus £15 for a credit check. With the tenant needing to pay the first months rent plus a deposit equivalent to a months rent plus £100 the day they move into the property.

Landlord Fees are dependent on the service they require. Managed 8% fixed for two years from the date of instruction.
