We are a local, independent firm specialising in Residential Lettings and Property Management.

We currently manage over 350 social rented properties and 42 private sector tenancies. On average, properties are let within 3 weeks of being listed with us. We have properties between £250.00 - £750.00 per month.
Fees:
Our admin fee is a fixed rate of £35 per tenant which includes all admin, contracts, references etc. Deposits are dependent on the property but usually 6 weeks deposit and a month's rent is due before moving in.
