cmRENT Letting Agents was created in 2003 by Michael and Susannah Saville offering the same level of exceptional Letting service that we wanted on our own portfolio of rented properties.

We specialise in the Letting and Property Management of Quality Homes with Quality Professional Tenants. Most are New, Nearly New, Modernised or Character Homes.

Our insistence to only offer Quality Properties for rent to Quality Tenants and to include Rent Guarantee Insurance AND an Inventory by an trained Inventory Clerk (available even with our Let Only service), ensures all our Lets are as trouble-free as possible, giving Landlords peace of mind with their investment or previous home.

cmRENT are Licenced Members of ARLA (the Association of Residential Letting Agents), NALS (the National Approved Letting Scheme) and the TPO (The Property Ombudsman) to ensure that our Landlords and Tenants are assured of our Professionalism and adherence to their stringent quality requirements and procedures.

With the legislation changes on 6th April 2007 regarding Tenancy Deposit Protection, cmRENT are members of the TDS scheme for registering and dealing with Tenants' Deposit money.

DIY Letting Service - 30% of 1 month's rent +vat.
Let Only - 85% of 1 month's rent +vat.
Let Only with RGI - 100% of 1 month's rent +vat.
Let & Finance - 85% of 1 month's rent and 4%pcm +vat.
Let & Management - 85% of 1 month's rent and 10%pcm +vat.
Let & Super-Management - 85% of 1 month's rent and 12.5%pcm +vat.
