With 2 Civic Awards and an extensive catalogue of completed developments and individual house projects, we are currently involved with projects from Belsize Park to Barnes and Mill Hill to St. Johns Wood.

We do not believe a fee should, as currently exists, be a percentage cost of the value of the works as this is a contradiction to our ultimate aim of maximising quality, while minimising costs for the client.

We are commercial and, dependent on the scope of our role, will agree an incentivised and equitable fee structure for both parties.
