We undertake Residential Valuation Reports, Level II Reports (Homebuyers and HomeSurveyors) and private Residential Building Surveyors. We regularly undertake CPR Compliant Expert Reports and Retrospective Valuation Reports and Forensic Valuation Investigations on instructions from a variety of clients throughout the UK. We are fully conversant with the Civil Procedure Rules and David has undertaken specialist training as an Expert. We have acted for prime and sub prime Lenders and Legal Advisers and also supported Surveyors and Valuers.

Our fees are based on the value of the property and commence at a competitive price of £120 for a valuation report under £50,000. Level II Reports i.e. HomeSurvey, Homebuyers commence at £199. Email or ring for a specific competitive quote.
