Andy MacQueen - Senior Manager Responsibilities: - Overall management of the office - Recruitment - Landlord Contact Andrew has been with 24/7 Property Letting for 18 months, during this time he has learned all aspects of how 24/7 do it. Andrew has 10 years experience in letting having worked for numerous small letting Agents. Andrew is also qualified to give mortgage advice and he offers advice on mortgage portfolio's to our landlords as well as running our Shettleston Branch of 24/7. Andrew has immersed himself in his role and is a valued Manager within our company. Scott Johnston - Assistant Manager Responsibilities: - Day to day responsibility of Lettings Department - Marketing - Landlord Contact Scott has been with 24/7 Property Letting since September 2009. He has very quickly established himself as an integral part of our team. Scott was previously managing a reputable GSPC estate and letting agency branch for 10 years and is very experienced in dealing with all property issues, a loss to GSPC was certainly the gain of 24/7. Scott's day to day duties in the office include linking properties to correct tenants, negotiating with landlords and also being the sole contact for all letting issues for our landlords. Scott also is responsible for all our Property Managers ensuring that they all develop and deal with issues in a timely manner. Linda Smith - Accounts Manager Responsibilities: - All Rent issues - Accounts payable Linda has been with 24/7 Property Letting for over a year now and is also an individual who has mastered her role and is an expert in dealing with housing benefit issues. Linda previously worked for Arnold Clark and also Prosser Marine and her experience has been refreshing for 24/7 Property Letting. This has led to a promotion to Accounts Manager in recent months and she is shouldering the extra responsibility of organising our accounts department which includes accounts payable and also chasing rent payments and ensuring these are all up to date. Andrew Sweeney - Estate Agency Manager Overall responsibility for the Estate Agency - Property Valuations - aim Scotland contact - Marketing Andrew is a graduate of Strathclyde University with a masters degree in real estate management. He deals with selling properties through Jacob and Jones and also is the dedicated contact for selling tenanted property through AIM Scotland. Due to his experience in dealing with property related issues Andrew may be seen from time to time at properties as we utilise his knowledge and experience for more complex issues that could arise. Sam Lockhart - Maintenance Manager Responsibilities: - Day to day running of the Maintenance Department - Council Tax - Contractors Sam is our longest serving member of staff in the Shettleston Office and has been with us since he left school. Sam deals with the day to day repairs and maintenance of properties under our management which includes notifying and discussing repairing issues with landlords and tenants. He also chases outstanding work in properties while empty and ensures that job specs are completed in a timely manner. Sam is a valued member of our team and I'm sure he has a great future in store with 24/7 Property Letting. Maintenance Division George Scott George is an experienced tradesman and previously ran a business as an ironmonger. He is capable of dealing with minor plumbing and general handyman work and snagging jobs that make a huge difference to the standard of flats that we let. He has been with us since December 2009, we couldn't be without him and he has established himself as a valuable member of our team. John Gallagher John is another experienced tradesman that is capable of doing a full refurbishment on almost any property with the exception of certificated work (i.e. electrics and gas safe checks). John's attention to detail and skills in producing a top class finish make him indispensable to our company.
