Area of Business
As a Chartered Surveyor, I undertake mainly residential work covering all types of homes from small flats to large mini-mansions. A am also a qualified Home Inspector and Domestic Energy Assessor. Although my field is mainly in residential work I am also a qualified Energy Assessor for commercial buildings.
Another area of work I am involved in is Party Wall Act matters. It is very easy for members of the public to make mistakes when issuing the required formal Notices and guidance, which I can provide, is most advisable.
Typical fee for a non-extended 3 bedroom 1930's semi £450/500 for a mid level report (RICS Home Buyer Report or SAVA Home Cndition Survey).
A full Building Survey will be about £150 more.
