Selling Your Home

Following your instructions, we will arrange for a professional photographer to come and take pictures of your home. Full particulars will be drawn up along with a floorplan for your approval. We are also able to arrange for a virtual tour to be created. Subject to your approval, we will erect an eye catching For Sale Board at your property.

One of our objectives when selling your home is to contact as many prospective purchasers as possible in the shortest time. Your property details will immediately be uploaded to the two property websites and our in house IT system will search through our registered applicants and provide them with details. As a result, your property details are provided to a vast number of buyers normally within 48 hours of instructing us. Selling your home can be one of the most stressful and emotional transactions that is carried out. We aim to make the process as smooth as possible by carefully planning our marketing strategy, vetting prospective purchasers and providing as much information as possible about the property prior to any viewings. Buyers are able to view both internal and external pictures and floorplans online which eliminates unnecessary viewings.

We will contact all vendors after each viewing to provide feedback and at the end of each week to discuss the marketing strategy. All viewings will be accompanied by a member of our staff.

Sales Progression

When we have received an offer that is agreed by yourself, you will be provided with a designated sales progressor. This will allow you to have a single point of contact during the transaction through to exchange of contracts and ultimate completion. Your sales progressor will liaise with both clients, their financial advisers and their solicitors and deal with any queries as they arise. In the event that the property is in a chain, we will also liaise with any other agent that may be involved in the transaction.
