First For Property, formerly Elderslie Estate Agents moved in to Paisley in the final quarter of 2009. It was decided to adopt a new trading name for the company due to the broad base of clients we represent, from our new location in Scotland largest town. It was felt a new identity for the company was required to acknowledge the move from small village location to our new office in Paisley. You can be assured our personal service is still paramount for the clients we represent in the selling or Letting of their properties but at the same time our fees have not increased on moving to the larger town location. Put us to the test and experience a more personal service from agents who really get involved in selling their clients properties in a way that makes them feel cared for during a time that can be of great stress in a market that is still very much in recovery mode at this time.

Staff

James Reynolds is in charge of the Estate & Letting Agents and conducts appraisals prior to marketing and sees the sale or Lettings through to completion for clients at all stages in the sales or Letting process right up until keys are exchanged. James is assisted by Linda (Director) who has built up almost a decade of experience in property sales and administration. Linda ensures all paper work flows as smoothly as possible between us, lawyers, mortgage brokers and lenders where required.

Area of Business

We specialise in the sale of residential property but will sell a commercial property for the right individual and confirm fees for this service as and when this service is requested. Letting, we added property management at the request of our many property investors whom we represented to purchase their property/s for investment. Most were disenchanted with the service received from letting agents in the local area. We agreed to their requests and now provide a premier letting service for quality property owners seeking real management of their property or properties at higher levels of service than they had been accustomed to.

Fees
