Howells covers a wide area of law providing services for both personal and business purposes. Our services include; Residential Conveyancing, Family Law, Wills, Probate & Asset Management, Divorce, Personal Injury, Employee Law, Landlord and Tenant Law, Commercial Property, Litigation, Business Affairs and more.
For certain areas of law we offer a fixed fee service, although fees can depend on the service required. Legal aid is offered on family law cases and there is a free initial consultation across many of our services. We also operate a 'no win no fee' for personal injury cases if we take them on with a conditional fee arrangement basis. Under our residential conveyancing we also provide our clients with the security of 'no sale, no fee'.
