Keystone Estates is a family business, set up and run by Carl Haagensen with his brother Kristian Haagensen and supported by their father Bruce Haagensen. We have many years experience in all aspects of property solutions; from lettings and sales to full property management and refurbishment.

Based in Newcastle upon Tyne, we specialise predominantly in the local region and are able to offer investors an ever-expanding overseas portfolio. Staff

Carl Haagensen

Following his time at Lancaster University where he obtained an Honours Degree, Carl decided to establish Keystone Estates. Having been involved with Estate Agency since his teens and also completing a placement year in his Father%u2019s Estate Agents, he decided that this was where his interests lie.

With the experience gained, he realised that as a family business there could be much greater emphasis on providing the high level of customer service to meet the individual needs of clients. With this in mind,

Carl has gained additional qualifications relative to the industry including becoming ARLA (Association of Residential Letting Agents), as he realises the importance of offering a professional service to meet client expectations.

Kristian Haagensen

As Projects Director he is able to oversee any of the Refurbishment or Development Projects undertaken by Keystone Estates on behalf of clients. With the knowledge he has gained over many years he is able to ensure that clients obtain the best quality possible, within their budget.

Bruce Haagensen

Bruce has considerable experience gained through working in Banking and then more recently in the property sector until he sold his company Chantry Estate Agents.

He has been coaxed out of retirement to act as mentor and Finance Director for his sons with their new venture. As a past chairman of the GTLA and North East Branch of the NLA, he is very experienced in the field of Residential Letting and able to pass on some of that experience for the benefit of the new company and their clients.


Sandra Haagensen

Following many years working in Administration, both in an electrical and plumbing company, and then latterly Local Government, Sandra has taken on the role of Finance Manager to ensure that all the administration is kept in good order and up to date.

Carl is very happy to have the business so family orientated as this ensures that everyone involved gives their full commitment to meeting customer needs and is always ready to go that extra mile, rather than just a yard, to meet customer expectations or needs.
