Charges and expenses
We are private practitioners. Our charges are based on the time we spend dealing with our clients and their cases. This includes meeting with them, time spent on travelling, considering and working on papers, perusal of documents, correspondence of letters, making and receiving telephone calls and by faxes (sending and receiving) etc.
We charge lump sum agreed fee or hourly rate depend on the case to case, plus any disbursements (expenses) we pay on your behalf, e.g. stamp duty, Land Registry fee, searches fee, expert fees, Home Office fees and also Court fees etc.
Again we deal with our agreed fee, i. e. total lump sum fee, dependent on the case, if clients wish to pay an agreed fee, we may consider that.
