Area of Business
Our town centre office occupies a high profile location within a hundred yards or so of Terminus Road mainline railway station and our Meads office is located in the heart of Meads Village. Both offices are appointed to the highest standards and there are very extensive window displays where details of your property will be exhibited in full colour. We believe that we have two of the most impressive estate agency offices in Eastbourne and this is borne out by the many complimentary comments that are made by visiting clients.
When you instruct Leaper Stanbrook to sell your property, you will be dealing with a local independent firm. We are not part of a large corporate group who use their estate agency outlets to sell financial services. We are happy to help purchasers with their mortgage arrangements if requested but our prime function is to sell clients' properties at the best achievable price as efficiently as possible. Over four decades we have gained in-depth knowledge of the local market and its development. This unique experience enables us to provide realistic valuations and to achieve the best possible results for our clients.
