With this is mind we offer three different schemes for landlords: - Fully Managed (we take care of ALL the properties affairs); - Rent Collect Only (we collect the rent, you provide the maintenance and the tenant contacts you direct with any problems); - Tenant Find Only (we vet and place the tenants and that is where it ends).
