Moody Venture Capital, an established residential finance lender, has funds available to assist property developers finance new build housing developments.

MVC does not have a minimum size threshold and is willing to finance a single dwelling if required. We pride ourselves on a wealth of valuable experience for property developers.

There are many areas of the country where we will offer finance although London and the Home Counties are our preferred area of operation. Moody Venture Capital's prime concern is that the development is sited within a good locality with a proven demand for the completed scheme.

MVC can provide funding up to 65% of gross development value which can equate to in excess of 80% of the property development costs depending on margins.

Each enquiry receives individual assessment prior to a site valuation visit being arranged. All decisions are made in-house and all funding is our own.

Moody Venture Capital was founded in 2001 as a trading associate of Moody Homes and the Moody Group with the principle aim to provide finance to builders and developers for the construction of residential dwellings.

Moody Venture Capital, having in excess of 10 years experience in development finance backed by 60 years experience in the building and construction industry, is able to provide a flexible, bespoke solution to a range of schemes within a significant geographical area.

Amongst the advantages from a client%u2019s perspective, aside from the provision of finance, is access to the knowledge and expertise of a house-building organisation.

We have a straight forward operational structure where all evaluations and decisions are made in-house, we take a flexible approach to funding needs and would typically offer an in principle decision within 48 hours.
