Northern Apartments - Making the right connections for you. Our trained photographers take Internal and external colour photographs of the property to enable tenants to visualise your property as their new home. These photographs are used to produce a property brochure so that the tenant has all the available information before viewing the property.
All viewings are accompanied; our lettings negotiators are there for the tenant to highlight the benefits of your property and provide local knowledge of the area.
Referencing is completed on all prospective tenants giving you the peace of mind that your property will be occupied by the right tenant.
Our tenancy agreement
Our tenancy agreement is written in plain English as indicated by the Crystal Clear Mark. 'Plain English' is defined as language that the intended audience can understand and act upon from a single reading.
We offer written and photographic inventories to protect your property giving an accurate account of the condition and contents of your property at the beginning of each tenancy.
Our expertise in staff relocations means that Northern Apartments is the choice for corporate lets. Working together with the companies Human Resources department we can make the relocation of staff a swift and pleasant experience.

Our admin fee is a fixed rate of £175 for first tenant (additional tenants are charged at £50 each) which includes all admin, contracts, references etc. Deposit is dependent on the property but usually 5 weeks and a months rent is requested before moving in.
