Alex Sewell - Director Alex is the Director of this family run business and comes from a strong property background. Although he was the last of the family to join the industry, he swiftly mastered his new trade. After seven years with Parkheath and a lifetime in the local area, Alex has a wealth of knowledge, is highly motivated, keen to learn and never complacent when it comes to change. Alex has been instrumental in Parkheath's rise from concept to becoming the area's busiest agent; through expansion into Chorleywood Village and Watford; development of the Land & New Homes department and further expansion of the Lettings department. Parkheath currently employs almost 30 staff, many of whom have been with the company since it opened. Alex is a family man, living with his wife and three young children, working alongside his brother Gary and mother Jan. He is proud of his business; proud of his staff and of the way in which customer satisfaction is top priority. Kirsty Holt - Sales Manager Kirsty began working for Parkheath after graduating from York University. Whilst working as a Sales Negotiator in the busy Rickmansworth office, she sat and passed the exams that qualified her as a member of the National Association of Estate Agents. Kirsty then moved to live and work in the Chorleywood in 2006 and has not looked back since, working hard to make the office a huge success. Now back in the Rickmansworth office as Sales Manager, Kirsty prides herself on the outstanding service that the team delivers. Joseph Rylett - Senior Negotiator Joseph began working for Parkheath in Rickmansworth following his time in the police service. Qualified as a member of the NAEA, he is fully committed to providing a good knowledge of the industry as well as exemplary customer service. Having moved to the Chorleywood office, Joseph is a valuable member of the team and his friendly and cheerful personality is a real asset when giving that personal touch. Joseph is happily married to Oria. Emily Walton - Senior Negotiator Emily joined Parkheath in 2006 from an advertising background because she wanted "a varied job that involved meeting new people and not being stuck at a desk all day". Emily quickly grasped the fundamentals of estate agency and settled into the busy environment. Her keys skills focus on building good relationships with vendors and applicants alike. Emily has gained fabulous experience in our New Homes department, which she now looks after for the company. Emily's enthusiasm and positive attitude has always rubbed off on her colleagues and she looks forward to helping to make your move as smooth as possible. Jenny Harris - Negotiator Jenny has been with Parkheath since 2003 and has a wide knowledge of the industry, previously working in the property management and lettings departments. Jenny leaves you with an immediate impression, never fazed, she gets on with everyone. Now working as a sales negotiator, she will always greet you with a big smile and do all she can to help. Jenny lives in Loudwater with her two children Zoë and Sam.
