We are now probably the largest independent letting agents in Barrow-in-furness, South Cumbria with houses to rent and flats to rent throughout Barrow-in-Furness, Walney Island, Dalton-in-Furness and Ulverston, as well as outlying areas such as Broughton-in-Furness, Askam, Ireleth and many local villages.
Being well established we always have a good range to property to rent in and around Barrow and Ulvertson including both flats to rent and houses to rent.

Staff
We have seven staff in total this includes the two owner/directors Shaun Dixon and Steven Squires. We have an administration clerk and one administration assistant. We have three lettings negotiators, two of whom concentrate on organising swift maintenance and repairs.
Memberships
All staff fully trained and receive regular training.
Area of Business
Residential lettings, property management and investment advice. We manage in the region of 400 properties with the vast majority on a fully managed service and a smaller amount let on a let only basis.
£ Fees
Only discussed on appointment with landlords, negotiable, depending on size of portfolio. We have various fees for applications with discounted rates for BAE staff and BAE graduates as well as various other corporate groups.
