Area of Business
We specialise in Domestic and Commercial Conveyancing, Matrimonial matters, Wills and Probate, Personal Injury, Employment Law and Litigation.
Our conveyancing fees are fixed and prepared on an individual basis. We do not and will not accept referal fees. Referral fees are fees which are often paid by firms to estate agents in order to ensure that work is passed to them. These fees are then usually recouped from you. We do not think that this is ethical or professional and will not sign up to any such schemes. We offer initial fixed fee half hour interviews, for matters other than conveyancing and wills, after which our hourly fees are payable. These fees vary according to the solicitor that you see but are normally in the region of £150 to £190 per hour plus vat.
