Ritchie Neill Solicitors & Estate Agents are based in West Lothian (Broxburn and Bathgate) and Edinburgh with a client base throughout the UK. Staff

Ritchie Neill is headed up by its two founding partners, Graham Ritchie and Janette Neill.

Graham runs the Bathgate office where he overseas the property shop, the wills and executries practice and the commercial and corporate side of the business.

Janette is based in the Broxburn office where she specialise in Road traffic Act and Personal Injury cases.

Innes Cradock, our Senior Property Solicitor runs the Broxburn Property Shop.

Maud Lithgow is our Court Solicitor who specialises in Family and Matrimonial Law

Saddaf Akhtar is our Property Solicitor based in the Edinburgh office.

There are also a number of well qualified and experienced staff who provide crucial support through our various areas of practice.

We have currently around 40 properties on our books with prices ranging from £90,000 to £800,000.

Fees

We charge 0.75% estate fees based on the sale price achieved for our clients. Our conveyancing fees start from £500 + vat, e.g. for purchase prices up to £200,000 fees are £500 + vat.
We do offer legal aid where applicable.
For our other areas of legal work, fees charged are on a case by case basis.
