We are a husband and wife team, we have worked in property all of our adult lives, with a combined experience of over 40 years.
Stephanie started working in Maghull dealing with lettings and management before moving to Southport to head up the lettings department for the largest agent in Southport. From there she moved throughout the group offices gained more and more experience in sales, lettings and customer service. Latterly she became to trouble shooter for poor performing offices. Knowing how not to provide a service is a useful tool when striving to provide excellent customer service.
Stephanie has been working in Southport and Formby since 2006 managing the largest office in Southport and twin satellite offices, overseeing both sales and lettings. This combined with her earlier experience has given her excellent local knowledge in all market conditions, good and bad.
When Steph and Simon were married in May 2011 they decided that the time was right for a change, a new business venture to tie in with their new life as a married couple and so Stephanie Macnab Estate Agents was born.
Stephanie's husband Simon Wall is a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and had recently formed a new company providing professional and commercial property expertise following over 23 years experience in commercial property and heading up one of the region's largest firms of chartered surveyors, valuers, estate agents, auctioneers and property managers.
Simon Wall was responsible for one of the largest property management agencies in the North-West and is confident that the wealth of experience, expertise and local knowledge, is an asset to the new business and his existing clients.
