We specialise in all aspects of immigration law including applications for entry clearance, further and indefinite leave to remain, appeals, reconsideration and judicial review. We have a particular expertise in Tier 1 (formerly HSMP) and Tier 2 (Work Permits) applications.
We handle the full range of work following matrimonial breakdown including divorce and disputes relating to children and finances.
Our property department undertakes residential conveyancing (sales, purchases, transfers of equity) and commercial sales and leases.
We also specialise in accident claims on a "no win no fee" basis including car accidents, accidents at work and criminal injuries compensation claims.
Our fees are extremely competitive. We can often agree fixed fees for certain types of work e.g. conveyancing and immigration.
We undertake injury claims on a "no win no fee" basis and always guarantee that our clients will receive 100% of the compensation we recover for them.
