Walker Haynes Ltd: Mark WALKER and Andy HAYNES are two Worcestershire based entrepreneurs, property investors, mentors and trainers.

In addition to growing and managing their own existing portfolios they continue to assist members of the public, and commercial clients who are struggling to sell or 'get rid' of their property. Both Mark and Andy use the latest property strategies to give their clients the solution they desire [these strategies are NOT used by Estate Agents] and so Walker Haynes Ltd continues to be far more flexible and quicker at completing purchases than estate agents often offering market value and quite often above market value for the right property.

Walker Haynes Ltd is also a property investment and development company, offering 'crowdfunding' solutions to make property investing accessible to all.

Mark WALKER started his first business at the age of 8 whilst Andy HAYNES has created his wealth and portfolio over 20 years.

Our fees vary as we deal with small refurbishment projects from £15,000 up to development projects which cost many millions. However, they are all explained upfront when we meet and all our preliminary work for you is conducted on a No Fee, No Obligation basis.

Many times where we complete unfinished build works we pay for all the building work upfront and then only receive our invested funds and payment back when the property is sold, which of course is always at a much higher value due to the completion of the necessary works.
