Just 25 miles from the City, the market town of Gravesend, on the south bank of the River Thames, is the superb location to live. It has the unique benefit of being the only riverside town centre in Kent.

This important and growing North Kent town has a history that stretches back to Roman times, and the regular town centre markets are a reminder of its rural origins, as is the unspoilt countryside outside the town, some of which is designated as Areas of Outstanding Natural Beauty.

But, above all, Gravesend is a maritime town, and its relationship with the River Thames, as a resort, a port and latterly as a passenger-ferry terminal, has brought with it prosperity. Living in Gravesend you are ideally situated to take advantage of all that this vibrant place has to offer; wherever you choose to live would mean that you are literally no more than a few minutes walk or drive from the town centre, the surrounding countryside and, of course, the River Thames.

For the health conscious The Cascades and The Cygnets leisure centres provide a wide range of sports facilities, and the local area is rich in parkland and open spaces for relaxing weekend walks.

Having been established since 1979 we have been able to build a strong a solid team of staff prioritised to their tasks. We have a dedicated lettings team and a dedicated sales team. This provides a much better service than much of our competition that often only have one small team doing both. We can there provide a much more focused approach to our clients needs.

Memberships

We are EXCLUSIVE area members of the Guild of Professional Estate Agents, which is recognised by the Office of Fair Trading. This network has over 620 branches we can access across the whole country. We are also able to offer overseas property via this network, amongst MANY other benefits including exposure to the lucrative London market via our associate Park Lane, Mayfair office and a code of conduct!

We are full members of the Ombudsman For Estate Agents, the independent body to ensure clients have peace of mind when using ourselves.
We are members of the IAN (Independent Agents Network) and INEA (Independent Network of Estate Agents) - both of which give us access to another network of around 50 branches, and this is growing rapidly. This system allows us to refer clients and pass properties via an inter company multi listing service, similar to the system operated overseas.
