I can’t log in / activate my account even though my details are correct?
If you are having trouble loging into or trouble activating your account, or are seeing the following message at the top of your page, then your Internet browser is not configured to allow us to set cookies.
For your security you must have cookies enabled on this site to be able to log in. To ensure this, in Internet Explorer carry out the following steps:
|1. Go to the ‘Tools’ menu
||2. Select ‘Internet Options’ to open up a new smaller window
|3. Select the ‘Privacy’ tab
||4. Click the ‘Sites’ button
|5. In the ‘Address of Web Site’ field, enter "ourproperty.co.uk" (without the www)
||6. Click ‘Allow’ and ‘OK’ and you are ready to go.
This will enable ourproperty.co.uk to set cookies on your computer even if your privacy settings are at ‘High’. Please note that if your privacy settings are set at ‘Block All Cookies’ the above steps will not help.
If you are using a different browser than Internet Explorer 6, or the above steps do not work for you, then please contact us and we will do our best to help.
Please Note: If you have changed your privacy settings and are still having access difficulties then the problem may be with your virus software. Some virus softwares guard against all cookies so you will have to set up allowable websites in order to gain access to sites which require cookies turned on.

When you select ‘remember my details’ from the login page, an encrypted cookie is placed on your computer to remember your user details. If you share a computer with someone else, then we recommend you do not tick this option as it will mean that other users can use your account from your computer. If you are still worried about your security, then by clicking this link we will remove all of the cookies that this site has created so that no-one else can access your data.
