I registered but didn’t receive the confirmation e-mail. What can I do?

All user accounts are activated by a key contained in the activation e-mail you should receive following registration. For this you will need an active e-mail account. Because of the operation of e-mail servers, some ISPs (e.g. AOL) may block e-mail that they deem to be unsolicited – even when it is being sent from a legitimate source such as ours. If you do not recieve an activation email within a few hours try resending the email from the resend page. If still you haven’t received an activation e-mail from us within 48 hours of registering and are using a free email account such as hotmail, please check that the email has not been stored in your junk mail folder please contact us with your details.

If you think that the problem may be with your ISP then you could try using a different e-mail address. If you don’t have another e-mail address there are plenty of free, secure web-based accounts:
