Will you contact me with information about other products and services?
We may contact you from time to time to inform you of interesting news or new features relating to our site and we do send out a regular email newsletter containing a voucher code for free searches for those users who have used up all their current searches. We will not spam you and will never pass your details onto any third party.
There is an unsubscribe button on every e-mail we send out so if you would prefer not to receive these please click the unsubscribe link, but bear in mind some of the mails we send you might be of interest as they are selected carefully.
I’m having another technical problem with your site – what could it be?

My activation code doesn’t work, what can I do?
Your activation code is automatically generated by the system when you first register your details so in theory cannot be incorrect. You will receive an email containing both a link to click on to activate your account and the actual activation code itself. Please keep this email as you can refer back to it to get your code if you have any problems activating first time round. You need to either follow this link or follow the link below back to the site where you cut and paste the code into the ‘Activation Code’ box and click confirm. It is better that you do not try and type out the code manually as it is possible you may make a mistake so that the code does not work.
I am being told my email address in invalid but I know it is.
If you have tried to sign up and are being told your email address is invalid but are sure that your email address is correct then please tick the terms and conditions again and click the sign me up button again. This should then work, the reason for the error is due to a large number of people signing up at one time which sometimes causes a problem.
I registered but didn’t receive the confirmation e-mail. What can I do?
All user accounts are activated by a key contained in the activation e-mail you should receive following registration. For this you will need an active e-mail account. Because of the operation of e-mail servers, some ISPs (e.g. AOL) may block e-mail that they deem to be unsolicited – even when it is being sent from a legitimate source such as ours. If you do not recieve an activation email within a few hours try resending the email from the resend page. If still you haven’t received an activation e-mail from us within 48 hours of registering and are using a free email account such as hotmail, please check that the email has not been stored in your junk mail folder please contact us with your details.
